1.  Private Sales

• All items are sold on an “as is” basis.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos, descriptions, and seller-provided details before purchasing.
• Buyers should ask the seller for additional information if needed.

2.  Seller Responsibility

• Sellers must provide honest, accurate descriptions and photos.
• Items should be as described in the listing.
• Misrepresentation or fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension or removal.

3.   Refunds & Returns

Kamciyo Ltd does not process refunds or returns on behalf of sellers. Private sellers are not obliged to accept returns unless:

• The item is significantly different from the description, or
• There is evidence of fraud or misrepresentation.
• Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly.
