Kamciyo is a community marketplace where users can buy, sell, and share preloved traditional clothing. We provide the platform, but we do not own, sell, or ship the items listed by users. By using Kamciyo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1.  Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and your account information accurate.
• Kamciyo Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

2.  Marketplace Rules

• Sellers must describe items truthfully and upload clear, accurate photos.
• Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen items, offensive or inappropriate content, or anything unlawful.
• Buyers must review listings carefully before making a purchase and communicate respectfully with sellers.

3.  Transactions

• Transactions take place directly between buyers and sellers.
• Kamciyo Ltd is not a party to the contract between buyer and seller.
• Items are sold on an “as is” basis unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

4.  Refunds & Returns

• Kamciyo Ltd does not process refunds or returns on behalf of sellers.
• Private sellers are not obliged to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item was misrepresented.
• Disputes should be resolved directly between buyer and seller.

5.  Fees & Payments

• Some features (such as listing fees or promoted ads) may incur charges.
• All fees will be displayed clearly before payment.
• Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

6.  Liability

• Kamciyo Ltd does not guarantee the quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of items listed by users.
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising between users.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Kamciyo Ltd (if any) in connection with your use of the platform.

7.  Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Kamciyo Ltd a license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.
• Kamciyo branding, design, logos, and website content remain the property of Kamciyo Ltd.

8.  Termination

• We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.
• You may close your account at any time.

9.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
